For the fastest turnaround on a class, include:
- Format — 8-hour, 16-hour, 2027 transition session, or unqualified-person awareness
- Headcount and roles
- Location — city, or the site address for onsite delivery
- Target window — onsite classes typically need 2–3 weeks lead time
- Anything useful — one-lines, arc flash study, existing electrical safety program. All optional; all make the class better

§ Technical questions
If you have a question about your own facility — an isolation you are not sure about, a label you do not trust, a permit someone wants signed — send it. Questions like that are how the pages on this site get written, and the answer costs you nothing.
Nothing here is an engineering study, and no answer given by email is one either. Incident energy, boundaries and PPE for your specific equipment come from your own arc flash study. What you will get is the standard, correctly applied, and an honest answer about where the standard runs out.
