§ Day one — the work practices
Hazards and the program. Article 105 responsibilities, Article 110 in full: the ESP, the three audit cycles and their new intervals, qualification as a task-specific matrix, the host/contract exchange.
Article 120 and 130. The ESWC process against redundant topology, justification, the permit, shock and arc flash risk assessment, boundaries, PPE selection and care.
§ Day two — the parts nobody teaches
Chapter 2 — safety-related maintenance. Articles 205–250, condition of maintenance, and the chain from a neglected breaker to an understated arc flash label.
Chapter 3 — special equipment. The 2027 renumbering, Article 330 power electronics, Article 360 batteries and its four hazard categories, Articles 380 and 390.
Incident energy in practice. What a study contains, what its assumptions are, when the table method does not apply, and how to challenge a label you no longer trust.
Program workshop. Gap-assess your own electrical safety program against the 2027 requirements, and leave with a written punch list.
Contractor management. Prequalification, qualification verification and the documented information exchange.
