Short version: the tools on this site run entirely in your browser, and nothing you type into them is sent anywhere.

§ The tools

• Every calculator, decision tree, checklist and permit builder on this site runs as JavaScript in your browser.
• Equipment details, voltages, permit contents and employee names you enter are never transmitted to this site or anywhere else.
• Nothing is stored between visits. Reload the page and the fields are empty.
• Printing a permit or matrix uses your browser's print function. The content does not pass through a server.

§ The site

• This is a static site. There are no accounts, no logins and no user profiles.
• Standard web server request logs may record IP address, browser type and requested page, as is normal for any website.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a third-party request from your browser to Google. If that matters to you, a browser extension blocking it will not break the site.
• If analytics are added in future, this page will say so.
