Sixteen markets, one map each: every major operating campus, everything under construction, everything credibly planned — plus the three things that actually change how electrical work runs in each place: who the utility is, which OSHA you answer to, and how the state licenses electricians. Because NFPA 70E is national, but the job site never is.

Why a safety company keeps market maps

Site selection reports tell you where the megawatts are. They don't tell you that the same task — say, racking in a 480 V breaker — happens under VOSH citation authority in Ashburn, Cal/OSHA's Title 8 in Santa Clara, and federal OSHA in Dallas; or that Washington will ask for an electrician's L&I card while Arizona has no card to ask for. We keep these pages because our students work in these buildings, and the first question in any 70E class is always local: who enforces, who licenses, and what's being built down the road.

Each market page maps the major operating campuses and the planned and under-construction pipeline — approximate campus-level locations from public sources, current as of August 2026 — and then covers the grid constraints, the regulatory picture, and what the buildout means for crews doing energized electrical work there.
